A: Can you please supply the drawings of full sizes with detailed technical specifications of the wanted rail joint, to match our available drawings whether totally same or not.

A: It depends on whether the mould available. If with available mould, we can start to produce any time with 40-ton daily apacity. If without available mould, it takes 10 days to develop the mould after receiving prepayment

A: Sure. The samples can be supplied for free but the freight counts on you.

A: Yes of course. For standard profiles we would like to provide our samples, but normally 10cm length sample. And for customized profiles, we will provide samples once the moulding is finished(generally 15 days). If you have specified length for profiles, please let us know at the beginning.

A: Yes, OEM and ODM are both available for us. But you should send us the Trademark authorization letter.

A: Best price based on big quantity. For commonly produced standard profiles we usually require MOQ is 300kg, you will have to pay production fee for MOQ is lower than 300kg. As to the customized profiles, we require MOQ is 500kg. In addition, for not commonly produced standard profiles, we will request you MOQ 500kg as well.

A: Rail joint should have same strength and stiffness as rails which it joins. Joint should provide space for the expansion and contraction of rails. Joint should be such that any rail can be taken out easily or disconnected without disconnecting entire track.

A: Most railway tracks nowadays are made from hot-rolled steel with a grade of 1084 or higher. This type of medium carbon steel is produced by rolling rail steel with natural iron ore. The process creates a mix of steel that contains around 0.7% to 0.8% carbon and 0.7% to 1% manganese.

A: A breather switch, expansion joint, or adjustment switch is an intentional gap in railway tracks to allow for thermal expansion in long sections of otherwise unbroken rail.

A: The purpose is that the rails grow in summer. The gap is fitted to enable this extension. If no gap is left, the expansion in summer will cause the rails to bend sideways. This may occur in a train accident.
