All prices shall be subject to changes in raw material and exchange rates, delivery time subject to the goods being unsold and change of delivery time from works. If all Seller gives a written quotation which does not state a specific time stipulated for acceptance, the quotation shall lapse if acceptance has not been received by the Seller within 1 week from the date of quotation.
Our Advantage
Q1: Can I have a sample for testing?
A: Yes of course. For standard profiles we would like to provide our samples, but normally 10cm length sample. And for customized profiles, we will provide samples once the moulding is finished(generally 15 days). If you have specified length for profiles, please let us know at the beginning.
Q2: Can I add my logo on the profiles or packing?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM are both available for us. But you should send us the Trademark authorization letter.
Q3: How can I do if I couldn't reach the MOQ?
A: Best price based on big quantity. For commonly produced standard profiles we usually require MOQ is 300kg, you will have to pay production fee for MOQ is lower than 300kg. As to the customized profiles, we require MOQ is 500kg. In addition, for not commonly produced standard profiles, we will request you MOQ 500kg as well.
Q4: Do you have inspection procedures for profiles?
A: Yes. 100% self-inspection before shipment.
Q5: Can we mix the 20ft container?
A: Yes, as long as the items meet our MOQ.
Q6: Can I visit your factory before the order?
A: Sure, welcome to visit our factory at any time. Our factory is near Shanghai Pudong Airport and Hongqiao Airport. We can pick you up in the airport. Hotel booking service is also available.
